Moving files from the "src/" folder into "src/legacy", "src/macro-core",
and "src/utils" was necessary as it was becoming a bit too cluttered.

* Adjust format check scripts to exclude ./deps folder
* Adjust release scripts to only draft releases
* Always build installers
* Always upload build artefacts
