TM/HM editor added!

I added a TM/HM editor. I just felt like tit would be easier if it was
separate from the item editor. Item editor is coming up next!

I added a little text box that displays the ability index in the ability
editor.
I have also upgraded to visual studio 2015 and am on a new computer so
that is why so many files have updated.

Improving evolutions!

I have made it so that the number of evolutions can be defined in the
roms.ini. I'm also working on making it so that you can define the
evolutions.
