272a2fc9c3 Switch to locally-hosted stage images 
The updater now downloads stage images when updating data from SplatNet. This way, users' browsers will no longer request images from the Nintendo servers.

0f1509a070 Switch to the official Node.js Docker image 
The official image already contains Yarn and everything we need so there's no need for a custom image.

f24262a026 Fix an issue when a Sentry DSN isn't set 
We can still set it up without a DSN, it'll just disable error reporting. Without running config(), calling raven.captureException() will throw its own exception.
