- Prior to Gen 5, recovery moves rounded down instead of half up
- Gen 2 weather-dependent recovery moves restore all HP in sun

Bone Club is the last, forgotten Bone attack, so we give it the same
immunity ignoring property that Bonemerang and Bone Rush have.

Updated the README to have these changes.

(Scavengers variables) --> Rooms.get('scavengers').plugin
Jeopardy jeopardies --> Rooms.get('academics').plugin.jeopardies

The The Happy Place plugin now saves the quote of the day in
Rooms.get('thehappyplace').chatRoomData.

7c305c01d6 Trivia plugin: preserve state over /hotpatch chat 
Export triviaData, writeTriviaData, and trivia to a cache in the Trivia and
Question Workshop room objects, if they exist, and if they have already been
exported (i.e. /hotpatch chat reloaded the plugin), reassign their cached
values so games are no longer broken.

c1b0b09d05 Random Battle: Reject Mach Punch with Focus Punch 
Breloom is the only Pokemon that gets both and will get the better
ability with only one of them. Basically, no more Poison Heal Mach Punch
and no more Technician Focus Punch.

b3f9efed5d Split the Randoms check for Sheer Force and Serene Grace 
- Serene Grace is automatically rejected for Chansey and Blissey, who
  prefer Natural Cure.
- Serene Grace works best with secondaries that have a high chance of
  activating, so a seperate counter is used to check those specifically.
- Sheer Force doesn't need a secondaries chance check; both branches of
  the check would have allowed Sheer Force to be used.

Made "Eternal Floette" and "Floette-Eternal" aliases for
Floette-Eternal-Flower, which is a mouthful.
