Slightly improve login box phrasing
...
Honestly, the login box is horrible UX for newcomers, who get really
confused by the password prompt and think it's a register screen rather
than a login screen.
Phrasing won't help, but I honestly can't think of a good fix here...
The best way is probably to split the buttons into "New account" and
"Log in". This'll fix the confusion but make it take more work to log
in. _Probably_ worth it.

Teambuilder: Remove Team Recovery Tool link
...
The Team Recovery Tool still exists, but it's not linked from the
teambuilder anymore because it's only intended to be a Safari HTTPS
migration tool, and will not actually help the majority of cases of
teams being lost.

Internal links with target="replace" will replace the current room
panel with the one being linked to. Currently only works with HTML

Drop jslider dependency
...
jslider was incredibly buggy, and most likely the cause of the problems
with the teambuilder on mobile, and required some pretty ridiculous
hacks, and leaked memory.
We're now using HTML5 sliders, like we are with the volume controls.
HTML5 sliders aren't supported by IE9, but they're supported by most
other browsers PS cares about. If not, well, they won't look too ugly
probably...
