Matt Isenhower 7adb9c313e Add mkdirp utility to avoid verbose fs.mkdir calls 
Added mkdirp() helper to app/common/fs.mjs that wraps
fs.mkdir(dir, { recursive: true }). Updated all call sites to use it.
