Currently, the script's data file has English and Japanese Pokémon names in it. Due to the way that the data file is set up right now, both form names and item names are all in English right now. The game is also translated in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Korean—contributions are welcome.
The script itself is in English. However, it's got a simple internationalization function, so it's possible to translate it to other languages.
