For a while we let Windows users use autocrlf if they wanted. But they
responded by ruining my precious repository. :( Modern Windows Notepad
finally supports LFs to there is zero reason at this point to use CRLF
in this repo, even on Windows.

As far as I can figure out, the crashes that are spamming crashlogger
are due to SockJS not supporting certain kinds of connections, and
responding by crashing rather than gracefully rejecting them.
Very similar to the node-static vuln we dealt with earlier:
