Users can now set whether or not these are hidden by default, or left
visible.
Missing documentation has been added to /help and inconsistencies in
their grammar have been fixed.
Notification count is now displayed on the Dock icon in the desktop
client (in Windows, the taskbar needs to be in Large Icons mode).
Since notifications aren't persistent, this is useful as a long-term
reminder that you have something in PS pending.
This uses a newer NW.js feature, so it requires updating to the
latest version of the PS desktop client (0.3.0).
By default, the Join Room window is only auto-opened on startup if
it fits. This changes it so that if it doesn't fit on startup but
the window is later resized to fit, the Join Room window will
auto-open if it hasn't been opened yet.
In addition to behaving more expectedly, this deals with an issue
in NW.js in Windows where maximizing doesn't happen before PS
loads.
Clicking links to PS rooms can be pretty unreliable in terms of whether
and where they open. This commit uses a global click handler, to make
sure that any and every link to PS rooms, including links in the News,
will open in the current PS window.
You can always right-click and Open in New Tab, of course.
Display the reveal button based on each user's screen instead of the current room's chat for cases such as a user being locked/banned for a PM offense without having any messages in the room.
- Added a new graphic for fire animations

Currently Pokémon Showdown doesn't auto-link URLs properly in the
following form.
(Check out http://play.pokemonshowdown.com/)
In this case, it's obvious that `)` not part of an URL, but the current
auto-linker believes that it is. Making `)` illegal character at end of
URL doesn't solve the problem, as sometimes URLs actually do contain
parenthesis. The new URL regex supports one level of parenthesis
(regexes don't support recursion, but if you have more than one layer
of parenthesis in an URL, you are doing something wrong). This is a
case with URLs on Wikipedia.

- Its execution will be aborted if no relevant files have been modified since last index update.
- It will no longer require learnsets-g6.js to already exist.
- It will no longer error if entries of learnsets.js are deleted.
- It will no longer throw if there is an error, allowing the rest of the script to get executed.
This refactor adds a class referencing users to their chat messages, enabling both the original and new |unlink| messages to be handled using the same jQuery object, as well as removing the need for adding a similar class to links in Tools.parseMessage.
The new |unlink|hide| message allows chat messages to be hidden from view with the option to restore them by clicking on the added notice.
