* Teambuilder: Don't invest in unused stats in BH

(or any format without an EV limit)

* Count certain moves as attacks

Metronome, Assist, Copycat, and Me First can all potentially call an attack from a stat the user wouldn't normally utilize, so a Pokemon with one or more of these moves wouldn't want that stat to be any lower than it needs to be.

6331195da3 Remove "Open" button in replay uploaded popup 
The "Open" button is inconsistent about whether or not it can open
replays, because popup blockers are inconsistent about how they block
popups.

This solution sidesteps the whole thing. The replay link is enough for
people who want to open their replay.

Fixes #889

dee5c3b311 Support new choice sync 
This supports the new choice sync message format:

  |request|REQUEST
  |sentchoice|CHOICE

This replaces the old mess that was 1f57fbf842.

This also improves/updates documentation about various choice
functionality.

b3b2eea2f2 Implement Chrome persistence 
This sets PS's storage (most relevantly: teams) as persistent, so Chrome
won't automatically delete it to clear space.

This only activates in certain cases, and currently we don't show a
message for whether or not it's active, but this may change in the future.

18885cb662 Dark mode: Change highlight color 
The highlight color is now blue to match notifying tab colors. People
were complaining about the previous highlight color, so this should be
better.

Notifying PMs are still orange, though. I haven't been able to find a
nicer-looking blue for it.

Honestly, though, if night mode is supposed to help you sleep, you want
more orange and less blue... Maybe one day we'll be able to find a color
combination that actually looks good.
