9a70ec6a48 Give private replays unguessable URLs 
Future private replays will be saved under URLs that can't be guessed.
Old private replays should be unaffected.

Replays saved for locks will never have an unguessable URL, but they
can still be considered private (and not show up in searches).

8ca9916bdc Fix bugs in ladder prefix search 
- `$prefix` needs to be initialized
- `$_REQUEST['prefix']` was misspelled as `$_REQUEST['format']`
- prefix argument in `getTop` not correctly marked as optional
- fix missing `FROM`, `AS alias`, and extraneous `)` in query
- `LIMIT` apparently can't be parameterized in MySQL?

213dcbcc1f Add "hyperfast" speed option to replays 
This option is honestly a bit too fast to follow, but I guess it's
useful for people to preview how fast Blitz is.

618b5373b6 Fix ballistic2Back animation 
This is mostly a hack rather than a real fix, in that it doesn't
eliminate the need for separate ballistic2 and ballistic2Back
transitions. But it works.

e12f224e89 Add format dropdown 
The Preact client now supports receiving formats from the server and
displaying them in a menu.

This is a very rough draft that doesn't add CSS to the menu.

585c9643f8 Allow users to opt in to 'Prompt on refresh' 
Browsers don't really allow custom unload messages anymore it seems
(https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2016/04/chrome-51-deprecations?hl=en),
but e.returnValue and return '...' together seem like they
theoretically provide the most coverage.

Tested in Chrome and Firefox on Linux.

4cc4879ffc Include group in join/leave messages (#1312) 
Battle join/leave was fixed to include group in #1295, but
apparently chat join/leave should show group as well.
