adrianrfreedman f6d926cffc Use a constant for the contest ribbon bit size (#2360) ...

Replace the hardcoded 3-bit contest ribbon width in the PokemonSubstruct3
bitfields, the MON_DATA_RIBBONS packing shifts and the Pokénav ribbon
table with CONTEST_RIBBON_BITS.
