Text now is updated for type-species storytext callout.
Closes #53

Figured I'd tighten up starter BST variance to a 10% instead of 20%
deviation.

b9ca226c61 Update SMWE to save current table to lzgarc 
was able to save changes and see them reappear
file was still in use, setting is not instant -- takes time to write
