- Added address check to natneg. It's untested but it should hopefully
be to spec.
- Removed debug statement from QR server that was way noiser than it
really needed to be.

Removed unnecessary files
...
These files were replaced by Toad King's NAS server. Proxy
nas.nintendowifi.net and naswii.nintendowifi.net to 127.0.0.1:9000 from
now on. Instructions will go up on the wiki later for how to proxy the
addresses with Apache.

Modified NAS slightly
...
I was having trouble with the base64 encoded data, so I replaced it with
something that should definitely work.
I also reduced the size of the auth token so there won't be any possible
overflows. Since it's random data it can easily be adjusted in the
future if for some reason it's too small.
