## nvram
A utility that can decrypt and re-encrypt files inside the nvram folder, including the
`info.bin` file. This allows you to get part way to replacing files in the nvram of a
cabinet that is running stock data. For XML files, to decrypt you will want to use
the `--strip-padding` option. To re-encrypt, you will want to use the `--add-padding`
option. For the `info.bin` file you will instead want to use `--no-reset` for both
encryption and decryption. Note that the encryption is symmetrical, so the same
utility can be called for both unwrapping and re-wrapping data.
