overhaul CSS to be simpler (removed over 1000 lines woo)
New forms are now (generally) shuffled to the end of boxes. Regionals that evolve into new mons (like Sirfetch'd) and new mon gimmicks (like GMax Toxtricity) remain where they were, then other Regionals, Gimmicks, and spam forms (like Furfrou) are moved to the end in that order.
