RetroNC sprites

#9 Added RetroNC's Archaludon, Dipplin, Poltchageist, Fezandipiti, Monkidori, Okidogi, Ogerpon, Terapagos, Raging Bolt, and Iron Crown sprites. These can be selected from the Legendary, Paradox, and New Evo boxes, and the type boxes if we know the types.
