To achieve this effect you will have to create two macros.

• One responsible for showing the webcam source when appropriate ...
  
• Another to hide hide the webcam source ...
  

Note that you can also expand upon the above conditions by adding duration modifiers if the showing and hiding of the webcam should happen too rapidly.
