Fixed Jirachi to not use ASLR or Battle Tower Record
...
Jirachi Event in Emerald is now only 1 e-card and doesn't use any ASLR Space. This means it's safe to enter the battle tower, just like with Celebi. I also re-added some removed dialogue, and added a QOL feature for shiny hunters. After you runaway, you automatically walk up to the girl to re-enable the event.

Fixed Celebi to use flash memory. Also can nickname.

First of (maybe) several fixes where I update cards which use saveram locations to instead use the unused flash memory saveblock location. Both Celebi cards are now only 1 file long and it does not matter if you enter the frontier or tower in order to use them.
I also fixed not being able to nickname celebi. However, if you nickname it more than 5 characters, it is illegal.
I kept the old ones uploaded for posterity in a folder
