Fix gen3 ability 77->76

As per bulbapedia
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Ability

Air Lock was 77 in gen3, but moved to 76 (76 was unused in gen3). Since
only Ability Number 0/1 is stored in a pk3, we can just manually modify
the Personal Entry.
