Previous fix for bad map design imports had an incorrect range and no way to manage v2.0.8- and v3.0.0+ dumps.
Import/Export for map design patterns now supports both map sizes (old and new).
It will accept 2.0.8 dumps and pad them to work on 3.0.0 as well as trim previously mangled ones, or 3.0.0 dumps down to fit on 2.0.8 saves.
Byte padding methods added to ArrayUtil for this padding and for future map flag import padding fixes.
Updates the Field Item Editor to render layers based on the entire map, and the per-patch positioning of each layer.
Import/export will gracefully handle upgrade/downgrade, and viewport import/export will gracefully update tiles rather than a per-acre basis.
Performance has also been slightly improved; no allocation is done anymore when updating the image.
Add theme menu to Editor and accompanying logic + strings.
Updated Misc fruit/flower and CampsiteEditor to use translatable strings.
Added new strings to lang and msg files.
Change friendship here.
Can also cheat all friendships (of all villagers, for all saved players) to 255 by shift clicking the drop-down button instead.
isActive: indicates if the tile is animated (eg: bonfire has fire or is extinguished)
isSupported: layer2 tile checks beneath it (layer1) to see if there's something to hold it up on that layer (sanity check)
Dunno how to handle the isActive set-on-save. I saw there was an isActive flag in my plaza, assumedly left there from a radio or something. NHSE does not change flag state at this time.
jp/en/zh -- only english has been translated (duh)
keep in mind this translates the text in the program, not the internal flag names.
not sure if other languages need to be supported; from PKHeX's experience, only spanish is updated (besides jp/zh), as most users speak english or are fine using the program in english.
pls localize villager names and item names for non-english :P -- preferrably automated from raw game dumps
