Add set num to tokens.xml (#350) 
* Add set num to tokens.xml

rebase

* Rebase onto recent merges

* Adds num field for unique SLD and FIN prints
* Also incorporates missing day/night and monarch reverse-related PRs due to how I generated this file

* Remove duplicate entries

Caused by rebase? Bad original commit? not sure.

Magic-Token Picture Health

This repo contains token information in Cockatrice's XML card database format for Magic: The Gathering.
It describes individual tokens with linked art and the relation to their creators.

Cockatrice pulls its copy of the token file from here: tokens.xml
