MH2

Update tokens.xml

Adds all the MH2 token relations except for cards: General Ferrous Rokiric, Timeless Dragon, Hard Evidence (crab not added), Scuttletide, Specimen Collector (crab not added), Timeless Witness.

Added the rest of the missing tokens from MH2 (Crab and Eternalize cards)
