_Below is some discussion about future tutorial topics_
Tutorials in the making:
- How to check for card/set updates. What it means when there aren't any
- How to use customsets
- you should make a guide on how to load decks from draft.wtf, i've had to show loads of people how to do it
- basic or indepth shortcut guide + explain the phase bar and why it useful and how its used :D
- How to play and host a draft using Cockatrice and [draft.wtf](http://draft.wtf)
- A new-user intro guide to the game play screen - including shortcuts, common etiquette, and the phase bar
- The tokens dialog should be easier and more intuitive to use. there has to be a faster way to make tokens beyond typing in all the information or scrolling down the list. I guess you could put tokens in the deck, but i feel like most ppl don't know about that feature. Maybe that should be a guide topic?
- you should make one on proper cockatrice ediqate(i.e. rolling giving opponetns a chance to respond, when to pass tuns)
- how to register is the hardest thing when introducing new people so maybe that
- I'd say how to register - > how to join a game - > How the interface works - > list of shortcuts (in order of relevance)
- after shortcuts - > how to make a room - > how to join a draft - > how to host a draft
- Deck editor tutorial (probably after register before joining) should start with copying (and providing a test list) moving on to actually using the editor
- This is a legit complaint - I'd rather spend effort making the software better instead of a tutorial on how to use a bad aspect. --Daenyth
- How to register an account on a server
- We should probably have a first-run dialog pop up automatically. --Daenyth
- Deck editor tutorial (probably after register before joining) should start with copying (and providing a test list) moving on to actually using the editor
- Especially filters, they're really powerful and people don't know how to use them. --Daenyth
