suloku 18fe8d9e5d Entralink forest editor: 
- Added gender filters
- Added form filters and changed forms to text based combobox
- Added no-sprite warning for those pokemon without sprite
- Added import/export buttons for whole forest (decripted, efdd file) and areas (pokeCgear/pikasav phl format)
- Added dream world "simulation" (easy buttons to add legit dream pokemon from each dream world area)

To do: add PGL Promotion pokémon
