* Use doxygen directly without going through cmake.

* Removed bogus include path.

* Do not install doxygen-latex if we're not using it.

* Allow unnamed symbols.

* Fixed WUT_DEPRECATED handling.

* Turned off INCLUDE_GRAPH and INCLUDED_BY_GRAPH.
