Allow tier list labels to wrap again
...
Originally this was removed to "fix" the img download being wonky.
But the underlying library got a lot of updates since so maybe it's good now?
Couldn't at least reproduce the bug anymore.

Replace JS based tier width label solution with subgrid

Main goal is to try to fix the infinite loop bug users are reporting
on tier list maker but this also nicely simplifies the code
