Remove /u page and redirect to CommandPalette
...
- Add URL search params to CommandPalette (?search=open, ?type=users)
- Redirect /u to /?search=open&type=users
- Remove User Search from nav menus
- Update UserSearch component to use /search API
- Add plusTier to search results for users
