* Unpack b_pl_btdpm.narc

* fix nature name NATURE_QUIRKY

* Unpack pl_btdtr.narc

* Refactor frontier pokemon structure

* Remove prebuilt pl_btdtr.narc

* Replace frontier trainers setIds by available set names

* Add datagen_frontier.cpp to pack pl_btdpm.narc and pl_btdtr.narc
