68965f6495 Updated comments and replaced more magic numbers with defined values. 
It looks like it was safe to add the save_table header in the c file; the rom still matches.

c706718afa Fix out of tree builds 
This allows the build directory to be located outside of the source tree.
Arguably, this has no tangible benefit, but it's more "proper" in the
meson spirit.
