If someone uses "dexsearch scald, !scald" it should automatically return no Pokemon found, as the statement is always false and nothing can match that criteria.

There's no reason for any Arceus to run STAB special moves that are weaker than Judgment. One could argue the secondary effects are good, but most people would probably prefer the damage. The only thing that might need to stay is Fire Blast over Judgment on Arceus-Fire, though I'd still argue Judgment is a better option.
There are some other instances of physical moves I'd say are unneeded as well (Judgment on Arceus-Rock is a better option than Stone Edge in the vast majority of cases), but since those are more debatable I've kept them.
