3811adca7c Fix description of Mold Breaker-like abilities 
Active abilities are nullified regardless of who is attacked.
The description doesn´t agree with current PS behavior though.

d4a757aa00 Update Mewtwo's gen 1 moves 
It is impossible for Mewtwo to legitimately learn Confusion or Disable
as those moves are learnt at level 1, Mewtwo is obtained at level 70,
and there is no move relearner in RBY

- Added the new OM of the Month: Almost Any Ability
- Reordered the OMs with the non-ladder ones sorted alphabetically
- Added Pokemon and HP Percentage Mod rules to Custom Game for gens 1-4
- Updated bans for OMs
- Added more incompatible movesets for gen 1

Currently a user can send a link and log out quickly, resulting in the |unlink| never unlinking their message (instead it unlinks the guest### messages, which don't exist). This unlinks the current name of a user, or their most recent one if they aren't named

Hardcoded because there are only a few, and it only affects gen 1 as the
