384cfbe1dd Support /modlog public (#2981) 
Instead of looking through every single modlog file, it only looks at the
modlog of currently existing public rooms, excluding battles and
groupchats, thus reducing response time and clutter.

682e22e406 Random Battle: Add possibility of Gluttony Linoone (#2959) 
With the buffs to the healing berries that confuse if a Pokemon has a
conflicting nature, it is now possible for Linoone to use them as a
substitute for Sitrus Berry, if it has Gluttony as its ability.

In Random Battles, natures are always neutral, so the any of the berries
will serve this purpose.

416c7e038f Banning a base form bans all forms 
Base forms can still be banned with e.g. "Zygarde-Base", but if you ban
"Zygarde" in a format, that bans all Zygarde forms.
