...
If a Pokemon has no tier listed, it will be considered to be tiered
identically to its base forme, and affected by bans of its base
forme.
This applies to Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect formes.

Removed Giga Drain and Dark Pulse and added Defog to Mew.

Remove Crunch, Baton Pass, Stone Edge, and add Knock Off on Mawile.
Remove Draining Kiss, Belly Drum, Return, Thief, and Cotton Guard on
Slurpluff; only special set.
Remove Topsy-Turvy, Flametrhower, Swagger, Thief, and add Night Slash
on Malamar.
Fix Clawitzer, add Dragon Pulse to it.
Change Parabolic Charge for Thunderbolt on Heloptile and Heliolisk.
Remove Hyper Beam from Aurorus.
Remove Sky Drop and Poison Hab on Hawlucha.
Update goomy, Sliggoo, and Goodra to have better movesets.
