Bring string utility functions to parity with server counterparts

- toName is updated to deal with Zalgo and LTR text.
- toId is now infinite-recursion-safe, and equivalent to toUserid.
- Tools.escapeHTML and Tools.sanitizeHTML no longer crash on some input.
- Tools.getString is made available as getString.

Teambuilder: Support validating with no format
...
We now default to Anything Goes (i.e. validate for whether or not it's
possible to get the pokemon without hacking, but don't validate for
compliance to any format's rules) if you click "Validate" without
selecting a format.

Theme the mute/options buttons
...
The mute/options buttons have been using the OS default button theme,
but these don't always play well with Font Awesome. This changes them
to use PS-style buttons, which should be more consistent.

This doesn't affect any official formats, but this makes it so we
listen to the server message for what is or isn't a mega evolution,
rather than the name of the changed forme.
