New front sprite, animation and palettes

* Fletchinder + Talonflame Changes

New animation for Fletchinder
Spritework + animations for Talonflame

* Flabebe, Floette + Florges Changes

+ Touched up Flabebe
+ Fixed Floettes normal forms sprite
+ Added second frame to Eternal form for Floette
+ Animations changed

* Amaura Spritework

New second frame + animation (frame-by-frame)

* Chespin Spritework

Touched up chespins sprites + changed the animation.
