Fix Playwright test suite for reliable CI execution

- Force marker placement when map image can't load from CDN
- Handle case where no single-instance NPCs exist in test data
- Load real file content into originalContent for save tests

All 73 tests now pass: interactive maps, NPC grouping, evolution
display, CRUD, serialization, file save, and formatting.
