polaris	61f0f135f8	Made tool to patch arm9.bin to fix HTTPS commands ... This tool will modify the arm9.bin (or any file, really) to replace "https://" with "http://". It's made to be easily modified to include more replacement terms.	2014-04-05 17:46:13 -04:00
