Dentomologist f151ae3c2a EXI: Remove pointless PauseAndLock functions ... The ExpansionInterfaceManager::PauseAndLock function does nothing but call other functions that have no effect. ExpansionInterfaceManager::PauseAndLock calls CEXIChannel::PauseAndLock, which in turn calls IEXIDevice::PauseAndLock.
