Bugfix: Check For Updates Failing
...
Fixed a bug where the game would not refresh manifest.txt when the
"Update Software" mode was chosen. This would cause the game to miss
updates even when some where available.

Fixed a bug in the (new) VideoManager which was causing file handles to leak, eventually breaking the game forever. This was noticeable after a few hours of the attract loop. I also modified Error Mode to reboot the game after 10 minutes of being neglected at the error screen.

Updated the blinking halos during gameplay. They are definitely correct now and no blenders are involved. (Up for debate however is if 'correct' ever looked good enough.)
