0b5vr 40a14d2c24 fix: Add spec version 1.0 to VRMC_springBone_extended_collider
spec versionが `1.0` の `VRMC_springBone_extended_collider` が出力されるようになるため、拡張コライダー仕様の正式リリースに合わせてマージ・リリースをお願いします。
