ousttrue 90a1192be2 menu 名と dialog 名を整理
- menu 名を関連クラスの `public const string MENU_NAME` にした(特に validate=true で2回同名で呼ぶところ)
- menu 表示名と dialog のタイトルを同じ文字列にした
