Jørgen P. Tjernø da448f5b13 Fix SDL_SetWindowSize on certain WMs. 
Makes SDL_SetWindowSize work on some WMs (like Fluxbox, ion3, Awesome,
WindowMaker), and when running without a WM.

Fixes bug 1513.
