2b26e95343 Removed redundant include statements from test programs.
The needed header files are already included with SDL.h. Still including them in
the test programs is confusing because it somehow suggests they would be needed.

75e75ae0c3 Fixed bug #741
The thread ID is an unsigned long so it can hold pthread_t so people can do naughty things with it.

I'm going to be adding additional useful thread API functions, but this should prevent crashes in people's existing code on 64-bit architectures.

1195dd8133 Fixed bug #215
The current SVN trunk is missing the SDLCALL specifier at numerous locations.

It has to be added for all (possibly user provided) callbacks.

I stumbled over this while creating a makefile for the OpenWatcom compiler for
Win32.

6f65a3b4b8 Removed atexit() from most of the test programs; atexit(SDL_Quit) isn't safe
if SDL is built with a non-cdecl calling convention, and it's just generally
 bad practice anyhow.

Now programs explicitly call SDL_Quit() where appropriate, wrap SDL_Quit() in
a cdecl function where it can't be avoided, and rely on the parachute where
a crash might have hit the atexit() before (these ARE test programs, after
 all!).
