Elouan Appéré 54918e90c5 Fixed the CMakeLists.txt's. 
Pokémon flags now correctly handled.
Replaced "Generate shiny PID" by "Generate shiny IDs" for consitency (in StrategyMemoWidget).
Fixed some bugs.
