Kurt 19b1564eb2 Split history and memory verifiers 
Rewrite a bunch of the history verification stuff
Fix a few test cases with incorrect OT Friendship (transferred), and
missing GeoCountry

Need to rewrite memory verification next
(All test cases currently pass)
