e699ca0438 Further token cleanup, verbose text everywhere. 
Text field is now accurate for all tokens, (excluding exact whitespace)
Some token sources changed for more accurate text.

0d56663ad6 Linked fan-made tokens from http://mtg.neoseeker.com/wiki/Tokens 
Source is four years old (2010). 
The only missing token art is a Snake and Beast from Commander 2013 and a 3/3 Boar from Planechase 2012.
Waiting for an application update to see if they actually download.

• Removed 6 redundant and duplicate angels.

ff22626384 First commit of tokens. 
Changelog:
• Added Magic 2015 and Conspiracy (sourced from media.wizards.com)
• Replaced media.wizards.com images for Journey into Nyx with scans from magiccards.info
• Changed <tablerow> to 2 for all tokens, except Land Mine and Gold (1)
• Changed <tablerow> to 1 for all Emblems
• Removed duplicate Marit Lage token
• Replaced set codes ( CFX → CON, PCH → HOP, COM → CMD, D2 → DD2, 6E → 6ED, 8E → 8ED)
• Changed carddatabase version from "2" to "3"
