Subject: [PATCH] Updated the known issues

Added new known issues for:

- Sawbones Perk "Splash" challenge may not be tracked - Solution available
- Muffled audio within the Arena - Solution available
- Hunters weapon spawns in the center of the map - Not fixable
- Matchmaking shows "0" seconds ETA - In Investigation
